Vamos a recorrer Montevideo, La Capital de la República Oriental del Uruguay en su nombre oficial, tiene una población de 1 millón y medio de habitantes, y esta situada al borde del Río de la Plata, se dice que desde sus costas se puede ver la Ciudad de Buenos Aires a la distancia, Montevideo en si es la Ciudad mas importante del Uruguay, siendo también la sede del Gobierno,
Montevideo es una Ciudad única en mi experiencia viajera debido a que no he visto en otro lugar esa magia que hace que vayas a tiempos antiguos y encuentres a la vez modernidad, ejemplos muy claros de ello es que puedes encontrar aun el servicio de recojo de la basura por las calles y avenidas en carreta y a caballo, o una parcela de sembrado de hortalizas al lado de un moderno centro comercial, mucho contraste en esta Ciudad, de todas maneras la recomiendo recorrer ya que otra de sus características de verano son sus playas al borde del Río de la Plata como Pocitos, donde podrás encontrar el sol de verano hasta pasadas las 10 de la noche, y te hacen disfrutar de una ambiente aireado en su muy conocida rambla, donde los uruguayos hacen todo tipo de deportes como running y se juntan en familia para tan solo beber su tradicional mate, los alrededores de una tarde de paseo por esta zona es uno de los momentos mas memorables en tu visita a Montevideo.
La Rambla es la zona mas lujosa de la Ciudad ya que encontraras los mas modernos y altos edificios residenciales de Montevideo, y si la recorres bien también podrás ver el Puerto, como hacia el final en la zona norte los centros comerciales, hermosos parques y el mítico estadio Centenario, famosisimo por ser sede de los mas memorables partidos de fútbol de la historia del Uruguay como a nivel mundial ya que allí se han paseado los mejores futbolistas mundiales y testigo de grandes triunfos.
El casco histórico de Montevideo también es un lugar infaltable en tu recorrido donde encontraras la Ciudad amurallada entre otros atractivos, cantidades de amplias plazas y edificios modernos que la hacen encantadora, por otro lado la oferta gastronómica es muy variada con grandes restaurantes de comida italiana, pastas deliciosas como lasagnas muy bien preparadas y las carnes, todo resumido en un lugar llamado La Pasiva, no debes dejar de probar el chimichurri y las deliciosas y variadas sazones,
Tener en cuenta que la moneda es el peso uruguayo, y la distancia de un viaje desde el Aeropuerto de Carrasco lo haces en 30 minutos al centro de la Ciudad por un costo no mayor a USD$15 dolares americanos, si bien es cierto el sistema de buses no es como el de otras ciudades si tienes tiempo puedes recorrer este tramo en uno de ellos ahorrándote unos pesos, pero esta ciudad esta hecha para ir caminando por supuesto previniendo con una infaltable acompañante como lo es una botella de agua para evitar la deshidratacion.

Montevideo is a unique city in my travel experience because I have not seen elsewhere that magic that makes you go to ancient times and find both modern , very clear examples of this is that you can find even the collection service the garbage in the streets and avenues and horse wagon or a vegetable plot planted beside a modern shopping mall , a lot of contrast in this city , anyway I recommend walking as another feature of summer are its beaches over the Rio de la Plata as Pocitos, where you will find the summer sun until after 10pm , and make you enjoy an airy in his well-known promenade environment where Uruguayans do all sorts of sports like running and together as a family to only drink their traditional matte around an afternoon stroll through this area is one of the most memorable moments in your visit to Montevideo.
La Rambla is the most upmarket area of the city as we provide the most modern and high-rise residential buildings of Montevideo, and if you travel well can also see the harbor, as toward the end in the north malls, beautiful parks and legendary Centenario stadium , famous for hosting the most memorable football games in the history of Uruguay and globally since there have walked the world's best players and witnessed great successes.
