Hoy recorreremos Barcelona, Ciudad española, ubicada en el extremo este del país al borde del mar Mediterráneo, es Capital de la Comunidad Autónoma de Cataluña, centro industrial del país, y tiene una población de 1 millón 600 mil habitantes, es la segunda Ciudad de España en población, se encuentra muy cerca de la frontera francesa y a unos pocos kilómetros de la cadena montañosa de los pirineos.
Barcelona en la actualidad es un gran centro financiero, económico y cultural, uno de los puertos mas importantes del mediterráneo, sufrió una gran transformación a principios de los 90tas, debido a designación de la Ciudad como sede de los Juegos Olímpicos del 92, se invirtió mucho dinero en infraestructura deportiva como de embellecimiento de la Ciudad, los malecones, las plazas y parques sufrieron grandes cambios para hacerla ver muy atractiva para los miles de turistas que llegarían en aquella vez,
La conectividad en cuanto a sus modernas autopistas, el sistema de metro, y buses hacen que este muy comunicada y de fácil movimiento interno por los diferentes lugares turísticos de la Ciudad, el coste del metro es de 1.80 euros por ticket, y trasladarse desde el Aeropuerto al centro de la Ciudad es de 35 minutos y el costo del ticket es de 7 euros, yo tome la opción del tour bus que cuesta 22 euros el ticket, te permite el pase ir de un lugar a otro y bajarte en cualquiera de los puntos turísticos de la Ciudad, no debes perderte visitar la montaña de Montjuic, donde hay un excelente mirador y un fantástico teleférico que cuesta 12 euros la visita, pero las fotos que puedes obtener de las mejores vistas de la Ciudad no tienen precio.
El arte contemporáneo y medieval es uno de sus atractivos, el arte elaborado por el estilo Gaudi, que hacen una mezcla entre lo árabe tradicional o morisco, en vitrales y grandes cúpulas se puede ver en iglesias, torres y edificios, el idioma si puede llegar a hacer una barrera ya que el catalán es una mezcla de francés, italiano y español, al principio puede llegar a confundirte pero luego te acostumbras fácilmente.
