Valparaíso, Puerto de la Republica de Chile, uno de los principales y mas históricos, se encuentra ubicado a tan solo a dos horas en carretera de la Ciudad de Santiago de Chile, localizado en la zona central oeste del país, en la quinta región, además de ser la sede del Congreso Nacional, es un puerto principal base de la armada chilena, y centro del comercio exterior, con grandes almacenes de carga y un sistema de metro que la interconectan con la vecina Viña del Mar, es mas se diría que son ciudades gemelas una frente a la otra, en la misma cuenca de acantilados desde una se ve a la otra, haciendo esto mucho mejor la vista y de amplio panorama del océano pacifico,
Valparaíso es una Ciudad de 300 mil habitantes, el principal atractivo de la zona, son sus casas construidas en los cerros de diversos colores que lo hacen muy pintoresco, hay hospedajes, cafés, restaurantes, en escalinatas y terrazas con muchos miradores, y por supuesto también muy conocida por sus servicios de ascensores para las zonas mas altas por un costo de USD3 dólares americanos, caminar por Valpo como es conocida por los chilenos, te da un aire de antigüedad, historia y modernidad, es un puerto comercial y las vistas son hermosas, barcos, buques, trenes, edificios antiguos es recomendable pasear por aquí como máximo hasta 2 días o como lo hice yo solo en un full day, desde la Estación Central de Pajaritos en Santiago de Chile, consigues buses por USD10 dólares americanos, en una carretera muy bien mantenida, y te deja en la estación de buses de Valpo, y de ahí caminar y caminar, y una vez que termines a Viña del Mar.
Viña del Mar, es la Ciudad vecina de Valpo al lado exactamente a menos de 30 minutos en bus por USD 1 dólar americano o tomate el metro para que llegues mas rápido y pruebes una nueva experiencia por USD 3 dólares el ticket, Viña como le dicen los chilenos, se ha destacado por sus lindos balnearios, grandes centros comerciales, extensas ramblas o malecones con altas edificaciones, hoteles y variados lugares de entretenimiento, lo que la ha convertido en una de las ciudades más turísticas de Chile, y una de las más reconocidas internacionalmente por su famoso festival de Viña del Mar, en el recinto de la Quinta Vergara, Viña es una Ciudad de unos 300 mil habitantes también, su malecón es lugar ideal para tomar todas las fotos necesarias para el recuerdo la vista al mar es inigualable, aunque no es recomendable bañarse ya que las aguas al sur son demasiadas frías.
El glamour de caminar por sus lujosas tiendas por departamentos, grandes malls, es un ambiente súper agradable, la gente es muy divertida, osada, patinan, hacen jogging en las ramblas, el aire que uno respira es puro, y como centro de entretenimiento los chilenos la utilizan para escaparse del bullicio de las ciudades, y balnearios como Reñaca es lo mejor y mas recomendable de la zona,
